Our PatentForms consist of all of the USPTO officially approved forms available in MS Word©.  Because the forms are in Word, each user can edit and customize the forms as desired throughout the year.  Once FormEdit receives your order, we will send you an e-mail with your User Name and Password to download the FormsLibrary.  This access will continue for 30 days from the date you are provided your password.   FormEdit may allow a longer access period at its sole discretion.  A CD-ROM of the forms can also be purchased for an additional fee.

To ensure your company or firm has access to the most recent forms,  we offer our a subscription service for the calendar year. The FormsLibrary is updated approximately two to three times per year (typically Spring and Fall) with complete sets of the “approved” forms, with any significant in-year updates also provided for individual key forms. 

It has become more common for the USPTO to offer “temporary” forms until “officially” approved with an extended form approval deadline.  It is both confusing and impractical to attempt to offer continuous “temporary” changes.  Constant updates would not permit us to maintain relatively low pricing that avoids per user license fees that many of the other companies charge.

As a result of the practice of the USPTO, it is always necessary for individual attorneys and agents to monitor the use of USPTO forms with the Patent Office.
